The inaugural Kesgrave Women on Wheels ride will take place on Sunday 1st September 2019. There will be a 10 mile and 20 mile route suiting all abilities, whether you are 8 or 80, an existing cyclist, dusting off the bicycle from the shed or you want to get on a bike with some like minded people, this is the event for you.
This event is being organised by East Suffolk Council, Fresh Start New Beginnings, Lighthouse Women’s Aid, Pedal Power, Plomesgate Cycling Club, and Sportsmed East with proceeds going to Fresh Start New Beginnings and Lighthouse Women’s Aid.
So have a fantastic day out and support two great local Suffolk charities.
Entries have now closed online, but there are a small number of spaces available for people to sign up on the day.
Arrive at 8am at Sportsmed East and Pedal Power, 36 – 38 Woodbridge Road, Rushmere St Andrew, IP5 1BH for the 20 mile ride and 9am for the 10 mile ride.
No parking is available on site, however there is free parking at Ipswich School Sports Centre, The Street, Rushmere St Andrew, IP5 1DE and Kesgrave High School, Main Road, Kesgrave, IP5 2PB which is just a short bike ride away from the start area.
