Information about you that you provide by filling in forms while registering for activities and making purchases on this website

Enable you to enter events via the entry system on this website;

Recipients of personal data

We will share information about you with our event organisers and event suppliers (e.g. for event timing and results) who process data on our behalf to help us to provide services to you. We undertake this data sharing on the basis of our legitimate interests.

Categories of organisation and purpose

Event partner – WOW Suffolk event organisers and partner charities, who are responsible for the promotion and organisation of the Event;
Database hosting companies – to host this website and associated databases to enable customers to interact with the website;
Event suppliers – for example, to collate and publish results and times;

International transfer of personal data

We do not envisage transferring any information about or relating to individuals to anyone who is located outside of the European Economic Area. However, on some occasions, the information we collect may be transferred to organisations who may store and use such data at premises in other countries. Where we allow an organisation to process your personal information outside of the European Economic Area, we will ensure that we create and maintain appropriate safeguards with those organisations so that your personal information is subject to the same standards and protections as when we are processing your personal information inside the European Economic Area.

IP addresses and cookies

We do not collect any information about your computer, nor do we make use of cookies on this site, other than anonymised information which we may use to help us improve the accessibility of usability of the site.

Right of access – You have the right to obtain a copy of information we hold about you
Right of rectification or erasure – If you feel that any data that we hold about you is inaccurate, you have the right to ask us to correct or rectify it.
